BEVERAGE
A complete "Turnkey" empty PET bottle system.
Designed and provided project management for a new high speed 20 oz. PET line.
Managed two liter one piece bottle initiative for multiple facilities providing line design, project management, construction management and start-up support.
Managed total redesign of a high speed empty container handling system for 16 oz. through 2 liter PET bottles. Provided project management from line design through start-up.
FOOD
Consolidation of fourteen production lines into nine redesigned lines using existing and new machinery and existing conveyors to dramatically increase production. Installed a complete palletizing system for nine palletizer lines.
Design of 23 packaging lines for a new facility reusing machinery from two older plants, interfacing new and existing machinery and conveyors and providing automatic control systems.
Relocation and redesign of ten packaging lines from the West Coast to a renovated East Coast location utilizing equipment from both facilities.
CHEMICAL
Provided Project Management, Equipment and Controls for the installation of two fully automated paint filling and packaging systems using both new and relocated machinery.
Extensive revisions to four existing gallon and pail lines including design modifications to the empty and filled container handling systems, stretch-wrapping, pallet handling and line controls.
WATER
Designed and installed a complete high speed bottled water packaging line.
Designed and installed a complete bottled water packaging line utilizing existing, rebuilt and relocated equipment.
